Join Coventry‑based artist and workshop host Emma Bull for a gentle lakeside creative retreat designed to bring calm, presence and a moment of breathing space into your week. Emma uses art as part of her own wellbeing practice and loves sharing that sense of ease with others. In this tranquil session, you’ll unwind with watercolour as you paint lavender stems inspired by the setting. You’ll start with practice sheet and guides to help explore brushstrokes, then create a bookmark to keep and a gift card to share with someone special. On - hand support from Emma will help you feel relaxed and confident throughout. Alongside the creative hour, you’ll also enjoy a refreshments and cake, followed by the chance to swim in the lake, try out the ice bath and unwind in the wood-fired…
