Emma uses art as part of her own wellbeing practice and loves sharing that sense of ease with others. In this tranquil session, you’ll unwind with watercolour as you paint lavender stems inspired by the setting. You’ll start with a high‑quality practice sheet to explore brushstrokes, then create a bookmark to keep and a gift card to share with someone special. Tips, guides and on‑hand support from Emma will help you feel relaxed and confident throughout. Alongside the creative hour, you’ll enjoy a refreshment and cake from the on‑site café, followed by the chance to swimd in the lake, try out the ice bath and unwind in the wood-fired saunas
